Here are a list of password best practices everyone should live by:

Avoid easy-to-guess passwords. Your password should be random and never a simple word that can be found in the dictionary.
Don’t add personal information to your password. This includes your name, DOB, address, etc.
Avoid using the same password for multiple accounts.
Use 2-factor authentication (2FA) where possible.
Passwords should be 8+ characters, made up of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (&#$@, etc.).
NEVER use any variation of the word ‘Password’!
That's it!! Your password is almost uncrackable now :)
